Use of SporePilot

SporePilot is software for organizing inspection information and preparing reports. Users are responsible for the information they enter, the inspections they perform, and the professional conclusions they provide to their clients.

AI-assisted content

AI-generated photo descriptions are drafting assistance only. They can be incomplete or inaccurate. Inspectors must review, edit, and approve AI-assisted content before relying on it or providing it to a client. SporePilot does not determine mold species from a photograph.

Professional responsibility

SporePilot does not replace professional judgment, laboratory analysis, applicable standards, licensing or certification requirements, or other obligations that may apply to an inspector.

User content

Users retain responsibility for inspection data, photographs, documents, and other material they upload. Users must have the right to upload and use that material through the service.

Accounts and security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.

Availability

The service may change over time and may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside SporePilot's control.
