Information SporePilot processes

SporePilot may process account information, inspection and property information, client information entered by inspectors, inspection photographs, sampling and field information, report content, laboratory documents, and other information users choose to enter or upload.

How information is used

Information is used to provide and operate SporePilot, maintain user accounts, store and organize inspections, generate reports, support product functionality, communicate with users, and protect the service.

AI-assisted photo analysis

SporePilot can use Cloudflare AI services to assist with descriptions of uploaded inspection photographs. AI-generated descriptions are intended as drafting assistance and should be reviewed by the inspector.

Email communications

SporePilot may use Resend to deliver service-related emails. Information necessary to send those messages may be processed by that provider.

Account deletion

Users can access account controls within the SporePilot app. The Account page includes the account-deletion workflow. For assistance, contact support@sporepilot.com.

Data sharing

SporePilot does not need to sell personal information to provide the product. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, storage, AI functionality, email delivery, security, and operation of the service.

Security and retention

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information. Information may be retained as necessary to provide the service, satisfy legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable requirements.
